How often are new products available?At Twin Brooks Produce, our commitment to fresh, locally sourced products means that we grow new microgreens every week. We work hard to ensure a steady supply of seasonal microgreens. This means that you can always find a variety of high-quality, fresh items in our online store and at local farmers markets with new products available for purchase regularly.

How does Twin Brooks Produce farm its products?Twin Brooks Produce follows sustainable and organic farming practices to ensure the highest quality of microgreens using non-GMO seeds. Within 9-14 days, the microgreens are harvested and delivered to the customer the same day to be enjoyed as an entree ingredient, garnish, or nutritious snack. Once harvested, the growing medium and remnant plants are composted to be reused in growing other garden produce. This dedication to sustainable farming not only results in healthier, better-tasting produce but also contributes to the preservation of our local ecosystem.

Can I pick up my order? If so, where?Yes, you can pick up your order at Twin Brooks Produce's stand at the Farmers Market at Plaza 94 on Thursdays 7:30 am to 12:00 pm (June-October) Hudson Farmers Market on Carmichael every Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or at one of our pick-up locations in River Falls, Hudson, and Ellsworth. WEDNESDAYS: 3-5 p.m. AG Partners Farm and Store, Ellsworth, WI THURSDAYS, 3-5 p.m. 805 Dominion Dr, Hudson, WI FRIDAYS , 3-5 p.m. Tattersall Distillery, Riverfalls, WI We look forward to seeing you at the market and at pick-up!

I have a subscription but I want to change my choices. How long do I have to update them?At Twin Brooks Produce, we understand that preferences may change, and we want to ensure you receive the items you prefer. If you want to change your subscription choices, you must change them by Sunday at 8:00 am before your next scheduled delivery. Please submit another form on the weekly subscription tab and we will update it correctly for you. Please note that if it is not changed by Sunday at 8:00 am, the order will remain the same as previously submitted. You can always reach out to us individually for special circumstances. What is the grace period if my payment fails?We know sometimes things happen. We will work with all customers if they reach out to us promptly about their order to ensure that they receive their subscription in the correct time frame and delivery date.

Is there a delivery fee?Yes! At Twin Brooks Produce, we offer delivery on all orders in our designated areas (see below). Weekly subscribers get delivery for free if spending over $20, while non-subscribers have a delivery fee is $5. At this time, we are not doing delivery outside of this area, but please feel free to pick them up at one of our locations! By doing so, we can guarantee the highest quality and most flavorful products for our customers. This also allows us to promote sustainability in our community.
